Roof Re-Treatment & Maintenance Plans in Seminole

One rejuvenation buys a roof time. Keeping an eye on it afterwards, and re-treating when the shingles ask for it, is how that time keeps stretching while replacement stays off the table.

Keeping a treated roof in its sweet spot

The sun does not stop working after a treatment. Over the years the restored oils slowly bake out again, just as they did the first time. A shingle treatment extends shingle life by five to seven years, and a maintenance plan is how you keep watch through that stretch and beyond it. We put periodic checks on the calendar, see how the shingles are holding up, and schedule a re-treatment when they start to stiffen. There is no fixed interval to sign up to; the timing comes from what the roof shows us at each visit.

How it works

How the plan works over the years

1

A starting point

Once the first treatment is done, we write down how the roof looks, giving each later visit a starting point to measure from.

2

Periodic checks

On each return visit we bend-test the shingles, check how well the granules are holding and look for small changes, a lifted tab or a tired pipe boot.

3

Re-treat when it shows

When the shingles start drying out again, we tell you and price the next treatment before it is scheduled.

4

Small things caught early

Minor items spotted on a check can be handled in a tune-up before they grow into roofing problems.

Why a plan beats waiting for trouble

01

Far less than catching it late

Re-treating a roof that is still sound costs far less than replacing one that was left to dry out.

02

No calendar guesswork

Timing follows the roof, not a sales cycle. If a check shows it is fine, we say so and leave it alone.

03

People who know your roof

Each visit builds on the last, so you are not starting over with someone new every time.

04

Fixes folded in

Anything a check turns up can go into a pre-treatment tune-up before the next round of treatment.

Maintenance plan questions

How often will you come back?

That depends on the roof, how much sun it takes and how it is aging. We set the next check from what we see each time rather than a fixed schedule.

What does a plan cost?

It is explained on the call and again before any work is booked. You are never charged for a re-treatment you did not agree to first.

Can I join if someone else treated my roof?

Usually, yes. We start with an assessment to see where the shingles stand today.

Keep the good years coming

Call and we will talk through how a plan would work for your roof and what it costs, before you agree to anything.
